Deliveries and Returns

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within   working days of receiving them and orders may take up to 5 working days for delivery.

Please note that we are not open on weekends or public holidays.

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail / Parcelforce and you will be able to track your order via the Parcelforce website using the tracking number they provide you with.

Your delivery will require a signature so please ensure someone is available to sign.

Our standard UK Mainland delivery cost is £3.99 or spend over £40 for free delivery.

Surcharges may be applied for items that are particularly large or heavy and if any such surcharges apply you will be notified and your order will not be processed until you accept those charges.

For delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands/Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Isle of White.

Your order will be delivered by Parcelforce and you may be able to track your order via the Parcelforce website using the tracking number Parcelforce provide you.

Returns

If you have purchased our products from the website would like to return items due to change of mind, or you have received incorrect or damaged items please contact us as soon as possible. This applies only to direct purchases from Roze Candles

You will need to return items to us that you wish to cancel at your own cost. Once you let us know you would like to cancel, we can advise you on how to return the products.

The products you return must be unused and in their original condition.

We will do our best to accept all returns but it is your responsibility to ensure that our products are packed well enough that they will arrive safely and undamaged. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. If this happens, we will not issue a refund. If we do not receive the items back, we cannot issue a refund.

We are unable to accept any returns not purchased directly through our website rozecandles.co.uk. If you have purchased a product and have a problem or complaint about the item please return it to the store you purchased from, with your receipt. We are unable to guarantee any store’s Returns or Refund Policy, or that they will reimburse or replace your item. We are unable to accept any returns not purchased directly from Roze Candles.
